    Twice a week, Tad's LGBT Music Chart brings you the Top 50 music videos by LGBTQ artists from around the world.

Chart notes:
   Spanish dancer/singer Lola Indigo reaches the #1 spot on Tad's LGBT Music Chart this weekend with "La Santa", moving up two more places from the midweek's #3 position. Lola started her career in 2017 as a contestant on the television talent competition Operación Triunfo. After the show Lola signed with Universal Music and released her debut single, which peaked at #3 on Spain's Promusicae chart and was certified as triple platinum. In 2019 she won the award for Best Spanish Act at The MTV Europe Music Awards. She is openly bisexual. Over the past half-week, the video for "La Santa" has gained an additional 171,796 views on YouTube (which is an increase of 3.26% since the midweek's chart).
 
   Five videos move up into the Top 10 this weekend. Canadian musician Jade LeMac (from Vancouver, British Columbia) climbs 7 notches to #4 with "Car Accident". Italian/Norwegian singer/songwriter Alessandra Mele jumps 12 places to #7 with "Queen of Kings". German artist Lie Ning rises 4 spots to #8 with "Offline". American singer Zee Machine (who was raised in China & now resides in Los Angeles, California) leaps ahead 14 positions to #9 with "Thunder". They're joined in the Top 10 by Thai singer Qeetha, who's moving up 11 notches to #10 with "Tis Tis".

   Five songs fall off the chart to make way for five new songs. The weekend chart features 5 debuts by LGBTQ artists from the U.S.A., Canada, and Norway:
  • PrettiBoiRoq (from North Carolina, USA) & Chanel Jole (from California, USA)
  • Xana (from British Columbia, Canada)
  • Sam Tsui (from Pennsylvania, USA) & Casey Breves (from New York, USA)
  • Marck Angel (from New York, USA)
  • Alexander Rybak (from Norway)

   Chart positions are determined by a system of points assigned from a combination of YouTube views and votes. If you'd like to vote for your favorite videos, please feel free to leave a comment on this blog (anonymous comments are permitted) or send me a private message (see the email address below). Suggestions for new videos are also welcomed, but they must be from an LGBTQ artist and they must be available on YouTube.

Chart notes:
   Puerto Rican singer/songwriter Kany García reaches the #1 spot on Tad's LGBT Music Chart at midweek with "Supe Que Eras Para Mí", moving up one more place from the weekend's #2 position. The song's title translates into English as "I Knew You Were for Me". Kany started her career as a contestant on the television talent competition Objetivo Fama in 2004. After signing a contract with Sony BMG Records in 2006, she went on to release her debut studio album (titled Culaquier Día) which spawned four Top 40 singles on The Billboard Hot Latin Tracks Chart and received four nominations at The 2008 Latin Grammy Awards. In 2016 Kany came out publicly as a member of the LGBTQ community by announcing to her fans that she was in a same-sex relationship. In the video clip for her latest single, Kany portrays a waitress in a diner where a young gay man is searching for his love. Over the past three days, the video for "Supe Que Eras Para Mí" has gained an additional 176,002 views on YouTube (which is an increase of 2.80% since the weekend's chart).

   Only one video moves up into the Top 10 at midweek. Spanish pop trio Miss Caffeina leaps ahead 13 notches to #8 with "Para Toda La Vida".

   Twelve songs fall off the chart to make way for twelve new songs. The midweek chart features 12 debuts by LGBTQ artists from Mexico, Brazil, the U.S.A., Norway, South Korea, Austria, England, and Canada:
