Chart notes:
There's no change at the very top of the LGBT chart this weekend, as American musician Omar Apollo (from Hobart, Indiana) hangs onto the #1 spot with "Evergreen (You Didn't Deserve Me At All)". The song is from his first full-length album Ivory, which earned him a nomination for Best New Artist at The 65th Annual Grammy Awards. After coming out publicly as gay, Omar told Billboard Magazine that, "It's not a choice. It's just what I am. I'm totally aware of the privilege we have now to be ourselves and still have a career." He addressed his coming-out process as well, adding that "People thought I was queerbaiting before. I wasn't super open about my sexuality... It had a lot to do with me growing up in Indiana which is very conservative. I stopped putting pronouns in my music for a couple of years, then I just realized that I can't let other people's opinions influence and dictate my life."

Five videos move up into the Top 10 this weekend, including a return from a former Top 10 hit: German quartet Tokio Hotel rebounds back up 5 positions to #10 with "Just a Moment". American country singers Jenna DeVries and Harper Grae (both from Nashville, Tennessee) climb 9 notches to #4 with "Drunk Girls". Austrian drag superstar Conchita Wurst rises 6 spots to #6 with "Call Me Up". Ten-member boy-band KQ Fellaz 2 (who hail from South Korea and Thailand) move up 4 places to #7 with "Canvas". They're joined in the Top 10 by Australian singer Ray Isaac, who's leaping ahead 10 positions to #8 with "First Dance (Wedding Song)".

Ten songs fall off the chart to make way for ten new songs. This weekend's chart features 10 debuts by LGBTQ artists from the USA, Scotland, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, the Netherlands, China, and Belgium:
  • Saucy Santana (from Florida, U.S.A.)
  • Rebecca Black (from California, U.S.A.)
  • Walt Disco (from Scotland, U.K.)
  • Mabiland (from Colombia)
  • Bruno Gadiol (from Brazil)
  • Pegaso (from Mexico)
  • Robin And The Goblins (from Spain)
  • Wendy Moore (from the Netherlands)
  • Alice Longyu Gao (originally from China & now residing in New York, U.S.A.)
  • Pierre De Maere (from Belgium)

Chart positions are based on points assigned from a combination of YouTube views and votes. If you'd like to vote for your favorite videos, please feel free to leave a comment on this blog (anonymous comments are permitted) or send me a private message (see the email address below). Suggestions for new songs are also welcomed, but they must be from an LGBTQ artist and they must be available on YouTube.
