Chart notes:
There's no change at the very top of Tad's LGBT Music Chart at midweek, as Belgian singer/producer Max Colombie (better known as Oscar And The Wolf) hangs onto the #1 position with "Warrior". When asked about his chosen pseudonym, Max said "Oscar is a name I really like. It's poetic and light. And wolf is the dark animal that comes out at night and howls to the full moon... It's bright and dark together, because that's how I see my music: as a balance between light and dark." Over the past three days, the video for "Warrior" has gained an additional 3,396 views on YouTube (which is an increase of 2.96% since the weekend's chart).

Three videos move up into the Top 10 at midweek, including a return from a former #1 hit: British singer/songwriter Calum Scott (from East Yorkshire, England) rebounds back up 4 places to #8 with "Whistle". American musician Jason Mraz (originally from Mechanicsville, Virginia) climbs 6 notches to #5 with "I Feel Like Dancing". They're joined in the Top 10 by American trio Boygenius (from Los Angeles, California), who leap ahead 13 spots to #10 with "Not Strong Enough".

Ten songs fall off the chart to make way for ten new songs. The midweek chart features 10 debuts by LGBTQ artists from the U.S.A., England, Norway, and Brazil:
  • The Regrettes (from California, U.S.A.)
  • Ashnikko (originally from North Carolina, U.S.A. & now residing in England, U.K.)
  • Adam Lambert (from California, U.S.A.)
  • Aidan Bissett (from Florida, U.S.A.)
  • Will Jay (from California, U.S.A.)
  • Miley Cyrus (from Tennessee, U.S.A.)
  • Ruben (from Norway)
  • Dreamer Isioma (from Illinois, U.S.A.)
  • Piettro (from Brazil)
  • Grace Gaustad (from California, U.S.A.)

Chart positions are determined by a system of points assigned from a combination of YouTube views and votes. If you'd like to vote for your favorite videos, please feel free to leave a comment on this blog (anonymous comments are permitted) or send me a private message (see the email address below). Suggestions for new videos are also welcomed, but they must be from an LGBTQ artist and they must be available on YouTube.
