Chart notes:
American supergroup Boygenius (which is comprised of Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker, and Lucy Dacus) hangs onto the #1 spot on Tad's LGBT Music Chart this weekend with "Not Strong Enough". Released to critical acclaim, the song went on to be named the best song of the year by Spin Magazine and The Los Angeles Times. It ranked as the #1 song of 2023 on The Billboard Adult Alternative Airplay Chart, and it won two Grammy Awards (for Best Rock Song and for Best Rock Performance). Over the past half-week, the video for "Not Strong Enough" has gained an additional 125,348 views on YouTube (which is an increase of 2.77% since the midweek's chart).

Four videos move up into the Top 10 this weekend. South African musician Jamie-Lee Sexton climbs 6 notches to #5 with "Run Run Run". American country singer Adam Mac (originally from Russellville, Kentucky) rises 6 spots to #7 with "Take Myself Home". Brazilian artists Jão and Anitta (both of whom identify as bisexual) move up 4 positions to #8 with "Pilantra". They're joined in the Top 10 by American rapper/singer Doechii (originally from Tampa, Florida), who's leaping ahead 10 places with "What It Is (Block Boy)".

Ten songs fall off the chart to make way for ten new songs. The weekend chart features 10 debuts by LGBTQ artists from the U.S.A., Thailand, Italy, Norway, China, England, Brazil, South Korea, the Dominican Republic, and Uruguay:
  • Qeetha (from Thailand)

If you'd like to vote for your favorite videos, please feel free to leave a comment on this blog (anonymous comments are permitted) or send me a private message (see the email address below). Suggestions for new songs are also welcomed, but they must be from an LGBTQ artist and they must be available on YouTube.
