Chart notes:
American singer-songwriter Conan Gray (from Texas) takes over the top of the LGBT chart this week, as the anti-party anthem "Wish You Were Sober" rises two more notches to the #1 spot. Conan told DIY magazine that he wrote the song "about someone who would never tell me they liked me unless they were black-out drunk" at a party.  The track is from his first full-length studio album Kid Krow, which was released on March 20th and debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200 album chart.

Seven songs fell off the LGBT chart this week to make way for seven new songs. The highest debut of the week was "Sicko" by German DJ/producer Felix Jaehn, entering the chart at #28. The track is a collaboration with American rapper Gashi (from Brooklyn) and Canadian vocalist Faangs (from Calgary). Felix's video for "Sicko" had an additional 70,376 YouTube views in the past week, which is a 7.56% increase from the previous week.

Chart positions are based on points assigned from (1) the previous week's chart position, (2) length of time on the chart, (3) views on YouTube from the past 7 days, (4) percentage of increase in views from the week prior, (5) my votes, and (6) any votes I've received by Wednesday morning. If you'd like to vote for your favorite songs, please feel free to leave a comment on this blog or send me a private message (see the contact info above).
