Chart notes:
California musician Jason Mraz hangs onto the #1 position on the LGBT chart with "Look For The Good" for a second consecutive week. In a recent interview with The Dallas Voice, Jason discussed his reasons for coming out as bisexual in 2018 and said: "The more I went through life, the more I became supported and supportive of the LGBT community. I realized I was safe, I was home, and enough is enough. Silence doesn't do anybody any good."

Six songs fell off the chart this week to make way for six new songs. The highest debut of the week was "Together" by Australian singer/songwriter Sia, entering the chart at #26. Just a few weeks after revealing that she'd adopted two teenage boys, Sia has announced that she is now a grandmother at age 44 because her youngest son (age 18) has "just had two babies". She also revealed that her other son has just come out as gay, adding: "He's just blossoming and he is the light of my life. I love him so much." Sia is also a member of the LGBT community herself, having come out publicly as bisexual in 2008.

Chart positions are based on points assigned from (1) the previous week's chart position, (2) length of time on the chart, (3) views on YouTube from the past seven days, (4) percentage of increase in YouTube views from the week prior, (5) my votes, and (6) any votes I've received by Wednesday morning. If you'd like to vote for your favorite songs, please feel free to leave a message on this blog or send me a private message (see the contact info above).
