Chart notes:
"Dangerous" by Zee Machine (whose real name is Joe Bissell) moves up 5 spots to become the first #1 video on the LGBT chart for 2019. Originally from San Francisco, he attended music school in Boston before moving to New York City to pursue a career as a musician. After overcoming an addiction to meth, he returned to California and now resides in Los Angeles. His first EP, Brainchemistry, was released in 2018.
Also in the Top Five this week are: Openside (from New Zealand), Indigo Face (from England, UK), Siena Liggins (from Michigan, USA), and J Hart (originally from the UK, but now residing in California).
Ten songs fell off the chart this week to make way for ten new songs. The highest debut of the week was "Thursday" by Jess Glynne (from England, UK), coming in at #29. Although she rejects "labels" when it comes to her sexual orientation, she has been honest with fans about her same-sex relationship. In 2018, Jess became the first female solo artist to achieve seven #1 singles on the UK chart.

Argh, Theo X is already leaving the chart...
ReplyDeleteI like that one too, and I will probably give him another chance as a re-entry in the next week or two. The song spent 4 weeks on my chart and peaked at #12. I did not notice him the first time I watched the clip, but Theo X is briefly in the background as the DJ at the school dance.
