Chart notes:
Dutch musician Dotan takes over the #1 spot on the LGBT chart this week, as "No Words" rises four more notches. The video received an additional 99,967 views on YouTube over the past seven days, which is an increase of 11.71% from the week before. Dotan started off the summer with his hit song "Numb" in the Top 10 charts of both Poland and Russia, though it was first released in 2019. He said via an Instagram post that he had mixed emotions about his music becoming popular in countries that did not have equal rights for his LGBTQ peers. Dotan wrote, "I'm truly grateful for the support I'm receiving from both of these countries, but I can't experience this without speaking up for those without a voice." Dotan came out as gay in 2019.

Eight songs fell off the chart this week to make way for eight new songs. The highest debut of the week was "Stealing All My Friends" by American musician Carlie Hanson, entering the chart at #26. Just three years ago, Carlie was working at a McDonalds restaurant in Wisconsin and posting her own videos to YouTube. After signing a deal with Warner Records and releasing an EP, she got the chance to tour with artists like Troye Sivan, Kim Petras, Yungblud, and Lauv. She's now working on a follow-up EP, which she plans to release this autumn. The video for "Stealing All My Friends" racked up an additional 260,268 views on YouTube in the past week, which is an increase of 22.52% from the week prior. Carlie came out as gay to her fans via Twitter in 2018.

Chart positions are based on points assigned from (1) the previous week's chart position, (2) length of time on the chart, (3) views on YouTube from the past seven days, (4) percentage of increase in YouTube views from the week prior, (5) my votes, and (6) any votes I've received by Wednesday morning.
