Chart notes:
There's a new #1 on Tad's LGBT Music Chart this weekend, as American singer/actress Miley Cyrus (who's originally from Tennessee & is now living in California) moves up one more spot from the midweek's #2 position with "Flowers". According to the song's Wikipedia page, the track reached #1 on the official charts of 63 different countries. In the U.S.A., the single spent eight weeks at #1 on The Billboard Hot 100 Chart. It debuted at #1 on The Billboard Global 200 Chart and remained there for a total of thirteen weeks. Over the past half-week, the video for "Flowers" has gained an additional 10,992,685 views on YouTube (which is an increase of 1.80% since the midweek's chart).

Three videos move up into the Top 10 this weekend, including a return from a former #1 hit: Belgian musician Pierre De Maere rebounds back up 2 places to #9 with "Enfant De". American singer Taylor Swift climbs 6 more notches to #7 with "Lavender Haze". They're joined in the Top 10 by Colombian rapper/singer Mabiland, who's rising 4 more spots to #10 with "Fue".

Eight songs fall off the chart to make way for eight new songs. The weekend chart features 8 debuts by LGBTQ artists from England, the U.S.A., South Korea, Denmark, and New Zealand:
  • Wingtip (from California, U.S.A.)
  • Seventeen (from South Korea)
  • Anne-Marie (from England, U.K.)
  • Lexxe (from New York, U.S.A.)
  • Hannah Trigwell (from England, U.K.)
  • Asbjørn (from Denmark)
  • Mila Jam (from Georgia, U.S.A.)
  • Jack Panther (from New Zealand)

Chart positions are determined by points assigned from a combination of YouTube views and votes. If you'd like to vote for your favorite videos, please feel free to leave a comment on this blog (anonymous comments are permitted) or send me a private message (see the email address below). Suggestions for new videos are also welcomed, but they must be from an LGBTQ artist and they must be available on YouTube.
