Chart notes:
There's no change at the very top of Tad's LGBT Music Chart this weekend, as British singer/songwriter Sakima holds onto the #1 spot with "Pretty Boys" and transgender Brazilian artist Urias also hangs on at #2 with "Neo Thang".  The track "Pretty Boys" marks a return to Sakima's solo pop career, after he took some time off to focus on writing hits for other artists. One of the songs that he wrote during this hiatus from recording -- "You" by Regard, Troye Sivan, and Tate McRae -- hit #1 on Tad's LGBT Music Chart back in July of 2021 and spent a total of 16 weeks in the Top 50, ending up at #4 for the entire year on Tad's 2021 Year-End Special Chart. Over the past half-week, the video for "Pretty Boys" has gained an additional 192 views on YouTube (which is an increase of 1.91% since the midweek's chart).

Three videos move up into the Top 10 this weekend. Swedish pop star Darin climbs 6 notches to #7 with "Satisfaction". Polish singer/songwriter Piotr Zioła rises 3 spots to #8 with "Wariat". They're joined in the Top 10 by Norwegian DJ/producer Seeb, who's moving up 6 more places to #10 with "What Do You Love?".

Thirteen songs fall off the chart to make way for thirteen new songs. The weekend chart features 13 debuts by LGBTQ artists from Spain, the U.S.A., Belgium, Canada, Mexico, and Israel:
  • Pierre De Maere (from Belgium)
  • Fletcher (from New Jersey, U.S.A.)
  • Ryland James (from Ontario, Canada)
  • Adam Lambert (from California, U.S.A.)
  • Alex Saucedo (from Mexico)
  • August Alsina (originally from Louisiana & now residing in Georgia, U.S.A.)
  • Harel Skaat (from Israel)
  • Polartropica (from California, U.S.A.)
  • Chumina Power (from Spain)
  • Lola Indigo (from Spain)
  • Sophie B. Hawkins (from New York, U.S.A.)
  • Reyna (originally from Texas & now living in Wisconsin, U.S.A.)
  • Adam Mac (from Kentucky, U.S.A.)

Chart positions are based on points assigned from a combination of YouTube views and votes. If you'd like to vote for your favorite videos, please feel free to leave a comment on this blog (anonymous comments are permitted) or send me a private message (see the email address below). Suggestions for new videos are also welcomed, but they must be from an LGBTQ artist and they must be available on YouTube.
