Chart notes:
"Caotico" by Diego Diaz received the highest number of votes this week, which helped to push him up into the #1 spot on the chart. This is the very first #1 for Diego, who hails from Argentina. According to his Spotify biography, he's been writing songs since the age of 14.

The remainder of the Top Five this week are: Australian pop singer Troye Sivan (falling a spot to #2), German singer Daniel Schuhmacher (rising 3 notches to #3), the collaboration from Lauv & Troye Sivan (slipping one place to #4), and Israeli-American artist Kfir (moving up 2 notches to #5).

Eight songs fell off the chart this week to make way for eight new songs. The highest debut of the week was "Hit Me" by Conchita Wurst, coming in at #18. The Austrian singer debuts another new look in this video, leaving his drag queen persona behind (at least for the time being).

Chart positions are based on points assigned from: (1) the previous week's position, (2) length of time on the chart, (3) views on YouTube and the percentage of increase in views from one week to the next, (4) my votes, and (5) any votes I've received by Thursday morning. If you'd like to vote for your favorite songs, please feel free to leave a comment on this blog or send me a private message (see the contact info above).
