Chart Week 43 of 2021: 24th October

    Twice a week, Tad's LGBT Music Chart brings you the Top 50 music videos by LGBTQ artists from around the world.  

Chart Week #43 of 2021: Week of 24th October



Chart notes:
   English vocalist Calum Scott has the new #1 video on the LGBT chart this weekend with "Where Are You Now?", his collaboration with the Belgian DJ/producer known as Lost Frequencies. According to Wikipedia, the track has appeared on the official charts of 8 different countries & has reached the Top 10 in five of them (Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, and Switzerland). In the U.S.A., the song has reached #11 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs Chart. Over the past four days, the video for "Where Are You Now?" has gained an additional 734,102 views on YouTube (which is an increase of 8.04% since the midweek chart).

   Five videos move up into the Top 10 this weekend, including a return from American country singer Kacey Musgraves: after falling back out of the Top 10 on the midweek chart, Kacey's video for "Breadwinner" jumps back up 16 spots to spend a 2nd nonconsecutive week at #9. American singer Zolita climbs 7 notches to #5 with "Somebody I F*cked Once". Australian musician Sia rises 9 more spots to #7 with "Unstoppable". American vocalist Will Jay moves up 12 positions to reach #8 with "I Would Rather Die Than Live Forever". And finally, they're joined in the Top 10 by German singer Daniel Schuhmacher: his video for "What U Want" is moving up 11 places to land at #10 this weekend.

   Fourteen songs fall off the chart to make way for fourteen new songs. The highest debut was "Out Out" by British singer/songwriter Charli XCX, entering the chart at #27. The track is a collaboration with English DJs/producers Joel Corry and Jax Jones, and features American rapper Saweetie. According to the song's Wikipedia page, it has already charted in 24 different countries. In England, it's reached #1 on the UK dance chart and #4 on the UK pop chart according to Official Charts UK. It's also reached the Top 10 in two other countries (#2 in Ireland and #7 in Poland). In the U.S.A., the track is currently at #1 on the MediaBase Dance Chart and at #9 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs Chart. Over the past half-week, the video for "Out Out" has gained an additional 121,441 YouTube views (which is an increase of 3.98% over the previous chart period).
